Welcome to Quail Creek Rentals

Frank Garcia is the owner/operator of quailcreekrentals.com, an advertising site designed to facilitate direct communication and negotiation between people wanting rentals in Quail Creek and those who own or manage properties here.  Quail Creek homeowners pay a fee to list their homes on the site.   Frank is not an employee of Robson Resort Communities and not affiliated with them in any way.  Quail Creek Rentals, LLC is not a real estate company nor entity.  It is an online advertising vehicle (remember newspaper classifieds?).

FOR POTENTIAL RENTERS

Many homeowners manage their own rentals. You will find homeowner contact information in the body of each ad. Scroll below the photos for a description of the property, rental rates and an availability calendar.  Each homeowner has their own rental agreements and terms and will answer questions about their homes.  You must contact them directly.

Some owners hire a property manager to handle all aspects of their rental. If so, the property manager contact information will be in the body of the ad.  Call or email the manager directly.

Many Quail Creek renters end up buying homes here.  Using a Buyer’s Agent costs you nothing and can save you money.  Let one of the Sunset View Realty agents (see “About Us”)  represent your interests and negotiate on your behalf.
