The kitchen is centrally located to the dining and living space and is equipped with stainless steel appliances, 42″ cabinets, dining table, and large breakfast bar. Enjoy cooking and baking while being a part of all the activities.

Utilities are included with a May-Oct $100 limit on electric and $65 limit on gas. Wi Fi and TV are included.
Quail Creek is a growing community with new homes being built throughout the year. Construction noise and dust may be in the vicinity of some rental homes. We have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed. No refunds or reduction in rents will be given due to construction inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding.
