DEPOSITS, FEES AND OTHER INFORMATION
 No Pets Allowed.
 All utilities and fiber optic Wi-Fi are included in the rent. The Wi-Fi will allow you to  connect your own streaming TV service in addition to a Villa Guest Netflix Account. For extended stays, landlord will provide the first $50/month towards extended TV service. There will be a cap of $100 on electricity. Any charges on those utilities over the $100 threshold will be deducted from the deposit of $1000 or assessed monthly to the tenant.
 There is a property hold deposit of $1000 which will convert to a damage deposit upon occupancy.
 A non-refundable cleaning fee (one time only) of $200 is required with the first month’s rent which is due sixty days prior to occupancy.
