Should you and your partner not share the same taste in programming, slip into the front den, close the doors, and enjoy a drink from the built-in bar. The kitchen has spacious dining and stainless appliances. The laundry room off the kitchen leads to a 2.5 car garage with storage. Golf cart included!

DEPOSITS, FEES, AND OTHER INFORMATION

• All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.  There will be a cap of $100 on electricity.  Any charges on electricity over $100 will be deducted from the deposit of $1000 or assessed monthly to the tenant.
• There is a property hold deposit of $1000 which will convert to a damage deposit upon occupancy.
• A non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 ($350 for pets) is required with the first month’s rent which is due sixty days prior to occupancy.
