Renters have full access to all Quail Creek amenities including:

No smoking inside. No pets. Reservation deposit of $1000 which will convert to a damage deposit after occupancy. Non–refundable cleaning fee $250 due with first month rent. If rental is canceled 90 days or less prior to rental start, the hold deposit may be forfeited if the house can’t be re-rented. Internet, WiFi and cable or streaming services will be provided. However, there is a $125 cap per month on electricity and $75 per month on gas. Any amount over this will be paid by the renter to the owner.  Rent is due 60 days prior to the month of rental. Will negotiate rates for leases of 6 months or longer. Other terms and conditions are specified in the renters agreement.
