DEPOSITS, FEES AND OTHER INFORMATION

All utilities, cable television and internet are included in the rent.  There will be a cap of $150 on electricity and gas combined.  Any charges on those utilities over the $150 threshold will be deducted from the deposit of $1000 or assessed monthly to the tenant.

There is a property hold deposit of $1000 ($1500 w/ pet) which will convert to a refundable damage deposit upon occupancy.

A non-refundable cleaning fee (one time only) of $250 ($400 w/ pet) is required with the first month’s rent which is due 60 days prior to occupancy.

Less than a 90 day cancellation may result in forfeiture of monies received if the house cannot be re-rented for the full amount and full term of the cancelled rental.

A $200 administrative fee will be imposed on all cancellations regardless of when they are given. Additional details are available in the rental agreement.

Rent includes all utilities including cable and internet.
