Individual clubs and instructors may charge nominal fees and a guest card fee at member services is required.  Greens fees are charged.

Quail Creek is a growing community with new homes being built throughout the year. Construction noise and dust may be in the vicinity of some rental homes. We have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed.   No refunds or reduction in rents will be given due to construction inconvenience. FEES, DEPOSITS, AND OTHER INFORMATION

$1000 property hold deposit. If rental is cancelled 90 days or less prior to rental start, the property hold deposit may be forfeited, if not re-rented. Upon occupancy, the property hold deposit will convert to a damage deposit. $250 non-refundable cleaning fee is due with the first month’s rent.  No smoking.  Utilities included, Wifi and TV included.  May through October rentals may have a cap of $200.00 on the electric paid by the owner and may require payment of electricity, Wifi and TV.  Contact property manager or see rental agreement for additional terms.
