All of these amenities are yours to enjoy at no extra cost except greens fees, instructor lead fitness classes and some specific club dues.

No smoking.  Pets require property manager approval.
Deposit $1750, Non-refundable cleaning fee $500. Additional non-refundable cleaning fee with pet is $250.
