In the evening – enjoy a soak in the 5-person hot tub while watching the stars come out.

This spacious house has 3 bedrooms and a futon in the den.  One very unique and fun feature of this house is a custom home theater with ten actual theater seats.  With a 106-inch screen, 4K UHD projector, 7.1 surround sound, and a vast Blue Ray library you can enjoy “movie night” with friends, or enjoy your own favorites.

The huge kitchen with large center island is perfect for entertaining. The living room has a brand new top-of-the-line motorized reclining leather couch & loveseat and a 75” TV with cable & DVR. The dining table can seat 8 easily, and the outdoor patio table allows you to take your dining outside.  The huge master bedroom has a king bed, electric fireplace to add romance  (use it with or without heat) and 65”  TV for late night watching – it will be your own private oasis.  The large bay windows look out on the water feature and the walk-in California Closet gives plenty of closet space.

The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds and TV’s with cable hookup.  There is also a futon in the den plus cots which give the ability to sleep more people in the theater room. The den has plenty of room to spread out multiple laptops plus a fully stocked printer with extra paper & ink cartridges.  There is high speed, 5g wireless Internet throughout the house and a land-line phone for local calls.

In the garage you’ll find everything you’ll need for work & play:  2 bicycles + helmets, 2 sets of golf clubs,  tennis racquets & balls – and lots of tools (in case you need to fix any of your personal property while you are here). Golf cart available for an extra fee.

Other features:  reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen and California closet system in the master bedroom walk-in closet.  Traeger grill & hot tub on the back patio.

FEES, DEPOSITS, AND OTHER INFORMATION

$1000 OR 10% of full rental  (whichever is greater) due at time of booking.  Non-refundable unless time is rebooked (or in case of emergency situation).

Cleaning fee:  $250 cleaning fee  ( fully or partially refundable depending on state that renter leaves the house in )
Internet and WiFi provided.
All utilities included (with a $150 cap on electric May-Oct. No smoking. No pets.

Quail Creek is a growing community with new homes being built throughout the year. Construction noise and dust may be in the vicinity of some rental homes. We have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed.   No refunds or reduction in rents will be given due to construction inconvenience.
