Like a Mediterranean Villa in the Desert

Painted (inside and outside) with modern, subdued colors and accent walls. There are tile floors throughout the home. Furniture including mattresses, box springs, and linens, adorn both the master and the guest room, which are at opposite ends of the house for maximum privacy. A king-size bed in the master and a queen-size bed in the guest room provide sleeping for four. The master bedroom has a spacious bathroom with double sinks and a granite vanity countertop, a glass-tiled walk-in shower and walk in closet. A second bathroom is just a few steps from the guest bedroom.

The kitchen has a casual counter with stools and a sunroom with easy wicker furniture…you’ll probably spend most of your time in it as it is surrounded by windows with flexible coverings to let light in or keep it out. A more formal dining area off the kitchen then flows into the great room with its gas fireplace and modern furniture.

We welcome your well-behaved pets.

There are three sliding glass doors out the back with a mountain view from part of the patio. The sliders go from the master bedroom, the dining room, and the sun room, all onto the paved patio that extends the width of the house. There is a covered back area with columns that reminds us of a Mediterranean veranda.

Three televisions, all kitchen dishes, cookware and small appliances are provided.

The home is fully equipped with all items that you might need to enjoy everyday living, including bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels, small and large kitchen appliances, dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, and an assortment of other bakeware and serving ware.

RATES

FEES, DEPOSITS, AND OTHER INFORMATION

Deposits: There will be a $1000 damage deposit and a $200 cleaning fee, both of these deposits are REFUNDABLE if the house is left in the same condition as when the rental started. Pets are welcome, however there will be an additional $275 non-refundable fee if you bring your pets.

All applicable deposits and the first month’s rent are payable when the signed Rental Agreement is returned to the Owner. This will hold the Premises for your enjoyment, and are non-refundable for cancellations within 90 days of the start of the first rental period, unless the Premises is rebooked.

We have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed.   No refunds or reduction in rents will be given due to construction inconvenience.
