Even the Casita, with its comfortable Murphy queen bed (this isn’t your mother’s pull-out couch) and full kitchen, has custom window treatments and bedding. The gated front entrance takes you through a Zen garden, past the Casita, to a serene private patio with a golf course and mountain view.
The main house dazzles like a model home. Fine furnishings, rich decor and tasteful art put this home on a different level. Elegant, custom window treatments drape every window in every room.
After a bath in the soaking tub, you’ll look forward to climbing into the comfy king-size bed adorned with chic custom bedding and pillows. This master suite also has a walk-in shower, two sinks, a big walk-in closet and a bay window overlooking the beautifully landscaped back yard and golf course.
The large guest suite, with private bath is also stylishly decorated with custom bedding and warm colors and furnishings.
A breathtaking custom designed handmade stained glass window is the centerpiece of the den/office. You can sleep on the couch/futon, if you stay up too late web surfing or reading.
The gourmet kitchen is designed for entertaining with every upgrade available including a large gas range and storage galore. The flow from the kitchen to a separate seating/reading area to the great room will keep guests and conversation moving. Or, if all you want to do is sink into a comfortable chair or sofa in the great room, a state-of-the art HDTV and built-in surround sound makes watching the premiere cable channels (plus Netflix) all that more enjoyable.
The house sleeps 6 comfortably wiith the den acting as a third bedroom with it’s double futon bed. The casita sleeps 2, so together they sleep 8.
Even the laundry room has granite counters!
The Casita is designer-decorated, private, and ready to rent. At 650 square feet, it’s one of the larger Casitas. As you enter through a private gate, the sidewalk takes you past a Zen garden, the Casita, then to a patio that overlooks the pool and golf course.
The Casita has custom window and bed coverings, a “Murphy Bed” that folds up flat against the wall to reveal a fold-down table/desk. Shelves and drawers on either side provide storage. There is a sofa for relaxing as you watch an HDTV. The bathroom is good-sized with a tiled shower stall. The kitchenette has a microwave, stovetop and a toaster oven/broiler, coffee pot, refrigerator and washer/dryer. You also have use of a full-sized refrigerator in a small storage room attached and accessible on the outside of the Casita.
The house and casita both sit on a large double lot and each have separate outdoor spaces. This house orients to the NW and has exclusive use of pool, private barbecue, gas fireplace, raised patio and entire private space to the NW. The casita has complete privacy & orientation to the SW and exclusive access to the Zen Garden, it’s own patio and barbecue and utility room with large extra fridge.
This magnificent home is close to the clubhouse, the restaurants, and the fitness center and includes a golf cart. Homes like this aren’t often available for rent and the photos don’t do it justice.

$1,500 deposit to secure the reservation and to be converted to damage deposit upon occupancy. (This will not be applied toward rent)
