DEPOSITS, FEES AND OTHER INFORMATION

• All utilities, 4 Smart televisions and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.  There will be a cap of $100 on electricity and gas combined.  Any charges on those utilities over the $100 threshold will be deducted from the deposit of $1000 or assessed monthly to the tenant.
• There is a property hold deposit of $1000 which will convert to a damage deposit upon occupancy.
• A non-refundable cleaning fee (one time only) of $200 is required with the first month’s rent which is due sixty days prior to occupancy.

Quail Creek is a growing community with new homes being built throughout the year. Construction noise and dust may be in the vicinity of some rental homes. We have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed.   No refunds or reduction in rents will be given due to construction inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding.
