DEPOSITS, FEES AND OTHER INFORMATION

  • Absolutely no pets and no smoking.
  • All utilities, cable television and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.  Between May and October here will be a cap of $100 on electricity.  Any charges on utilities over the $100 threshold will be deducted from the deposit of $1000 or assessed monthly to the tenant.
  • There is a property hold deposit of $1000 which will convert to a damage deposit upon occupancy.
  • A non-refundable cleaning fee (one time only) of $250 is required with the first month’s rent which is due sixty days prior to occupancy.
  • Less than a ninety-day cancellation may result in forfeiture of monies received if the house cannot be re-rented for the full amount and full term of the cancelled rental.
  • A $200 administrative fee will be imposed on all cancellations regardless of when they are given. Additional details are available in the rental agreement
