FEES, DEPOSITS, AND OTHER INFORMATION
$1000 property hold deposit. If the rental is cancelled 90 days or less prior to occupancy start date, the property hold deposit may be forfeited if the house can’t be re-rented. Upon occupancy the property hold deposit will convert to a refundable damage deposit. The non-refundable cleaning fee is $200. With a pet it is a non-refundable fee of $250. Utilities, Wifi and TV are provided. A small non-shedding dog will be considered
