$1000 property hold deposit.  If the rental is cancelled 90 days or less prior to occupancy start date, the property hold deposit may be forfeited if the house can’t be re-rented.  Upon occupancy the property hold deposit will convert to a refundable damage deposit.  The non-refundable cleaning fee is $200.  Utilities, Wifi and TV are provided except there is a May-Oct $200 limit on electric.  Guests will pay for electric over $200. smoking.
No Pets.

Quail Creek is a growing community with new homes being built throughout the year. Construction noise and dust may be in the vicinity of some rental homes. We have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed.   No refunds or reduction in rents will be given due to construction inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding.
