Entertain family and friends, or just settle in to your new Arizona routine in the huge open-concept living and dining room, complete with 58” Roku TV, a clever Serta convertible sofa, power recliner, counter-height dining table for six, and a breakfast bar that makes a fabulous buffet for potluck or holiday dining. The sofa has a lounge with linen storage beneath and a pull-out that is a built-in ottoman at one level or lounge space for all at another. With the pull-out at lounge level, the sofa becomes a comfortable queen-size bed.

The bright open kitchen lets the chef be part of the fun! It is fully appointed, with abundant storage and all new dishes, glassware, tableware, knife block, pots and pans, baking dishes, food processor, and coffee maker that accepts grounds for a full pot or individual Keurig-type pods. Most lower cupboards include pull-out slides for easy access to stored items. The gas range will meet the needs of both chef and pastry chef, and the built-in microwave and dishwasher support your busy Quail Creek days.

Enjoy a sunny breakfast, shady afternoon cocktails, or a BBQ feast on the private back patio, with a pleasant view across a wide common area that is occasionally frequented by wildlife. The gas grill is also new and ready for use!

Sleep like royalty in the master suite, with king bed, 50” TV, and very quiet desert nights. The en suite bath includes dual sinks, a glassed-in shower, and a floor-to-ceiling cupboard for linens and personal amenities. The spacious walk-in closet provides abundant hanging space and a selection of cloth bins for tidy storage.

The guest bedroom makes a wonderful office or craft space, with its gorgeous custom-built shelving unit with both desk and table. Flip the table up for an open area ideal for workout space, or pull down the queen-size Murphy bed for instant sleeping space for guests. With the excellent mattress on the Murphy bed, this room could easily be set as a comfortable bedroom for additional occupants – and the second bathroom, with tub, is adjacent, allowing for a dual-master arrangement.

Rounding out the villa are the laundry (inside, adjacent to the guest bath) and the two-car garage, with epoxy coating on the floor, whole-house water softener, electric garage-door opener with code pad, and even more storage.

Your rental includes member access to the pool and lap pool (heated year-round), fitness center, billiards room, bocce court, tennis courts, and (our personal favorite!) pickleball courts. For optional additional charges, you can enjoy golf on the three 9-hole courses, yoga and other fitness classes, any number of art classes, concerts, movies, bingo, and wonderful meals at the Quail Creek Grill or coffee bar.

The unit sleeps 6. The primary renter must be 55+ and all residents must be 19 or older (but of course your grandkids are welcome to visit!). No smokers ever. Pets negotiable.

Quail Creek is a growing community with new homes being built throughout the year. While all lots near this villa are built out, we have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed.   No refunds or reduction in rent will be given due to construction inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding.
