Not many of the houses here have this screened in back porch, which we call an Arizona Room. It’s a perfect place to eat or relax, listen to the birds, or feel the Arizona breezes. Built in BBQ is in the back yard.

A golf cart will be available for your use.

Renters have full access to all Quail Creek amenities including:

FEES, DEPOSITS, AND OTHER INFORMATION

$1000 reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit. There is a $300 non-refundable cleaning fee. Rentals will have a cap on the monthly utility amount paid by Owners for electricity.  Electricity is capped at $200 per month May to October.  Any amount above the respective cap will be due with each month’s rent or deducted from the damage deposit. Includes YouTube TV. No smoking.  No Pets.

Quail Creek is a growing community with new homes being built throughout the year. Construction noise and dust may be in the vicinity of some rental homes. We have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed.   No refunds or reduction in rents will be given due to construction inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding.
