A lovely view of the Santa Rita Mountains greets you in the morning from the front patio…enjoy a cup of coffee at the bistro table or sit in the private backyard and listen to the birds.

We welcome your well-behaved pets.

The open floor plan conveniently combines the kitchen, dining area and great room, and the vaulted ceilings give a great sense of space.  The kitchen has granite countertops, lots of storage and is fully equipped. There are tile floors throughout the home.

The living room has a 55 inch HDTV, a Southwest-style sofa and love seat.  The second bedroom serves as a guest room and a den or office, with a built-in queen size Murphy bed and desk.

The master bedroom is roomy with a king size bed and 42 inch television.  An adjoining master bath has a newly renovated shower, double sinks and a walk-in closet.

All utilities, cable TV, and wireless internet are included.

The home is fully equipped with all items that you might need to enjoy everyday living, including bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels, small and large kitchen appliances, dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, and an assortment of other bakeware and serving ware.

RATES

FEES, DEPOSITS, AND OTHER INFORMATION

Deposits: There will be a $1000 damage deposit and a $200 cleaning fee, both of these deposits REFUNDABLE if the house is left in the same condition as when the rental started. Pets are welcome, however there will be an additional $275 non-refundable pet fee if you bring your pets.

All applicable deposits and the first month’s rent are payable when the signed Rental Agreement is returned to the Owner. This will hold the Premises for your enjoyment, and are non-refundable for cancellations within 90 days of the start of the first rental period, unless the Premises is rebooked.

Quail Creek is a growing community with new homes being built throughout the year. Construction noise and dust may be in the vicinity of some rental homes. We have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed.   No refunds or reduction in rents will be given due to construction inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding.
