• For short term seasonal renters all utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.  There will be a cap of $200 on electricity.  Any charges on electricity over $200 will be deducted from the deposit of $1000 or assessed monthly to the tenant.
• There is a property hold deposit of $1000 which will convert to a damage deposit upon occupancy,non refundable cleaning fee is $300 and an additional fee of $300 with dog.
