FEES, DEPOSITS, AND OTHER INFORMATION

A $1000 property hold deposit is due with signed rental agreement  If rental is cancelled 90 days or less prior to rental start, the property hold deposit may be forfeited. Upon occupancy, the property hold deposit will convert to a damage deposit. $200 non-refundable cleaning fee is due with the first month’s rent. During the summer months, there will be a cap of $100 per month to which the homeowner will contribute towards electricity and $50 per month on gas.  Any amount over will be the responsibility of the tenants. Utilities and WiFi are provided. No pets. No smoking.
