The customary den has been transformed into an intimate dining room with built-in bar and sophisticated art.

The guest room has a queen bed.

Wander out back to the paved, covered patio and sit and watch the clouds roll by.  Enjoy plenty of patio furniture for lounging and a built-in grill for cooking.  The front area offers another cozy, comfortable seating and resting space.

The Casita on the property is not available to rent, nor is it accessible to tenants.

Quail Creek is a growing community with new homes being built throughout the year. Construction noise and dust may be in the vicinity of some rental homes. We have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed.   No refunds or reduction in rents will be given due to construction inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding. (This home is not in an area that is currently being built-up.)

FEES, DEPOSITS, AND OTHER INFORMATION

A $1,500 deposit is required to hold the property in high season (Jan-Apr) and there is a 90 day cancellation clause.  Non-refundable $250 cleaning fee or $300 with dog.  No smoking.   Neither the Casita nor the golf cart garage will be available to tenants.
