This spacious home is on a large corner lot with nicely landscaped front and back yards. It has everything you could possibly want in a Quail Creek rental.

The furnishings are a collection of traditional, contemporary and Southwest in a palette of desert tones.

The home is a Laredo model with a large great room, dining room, and kitchen which provides a convenient open floor plan. You can entertain in the walled, large back yard under a covered patio, or sit casually at the kitchen island or kitchen table. There are plenty of wine glasses, dishes, flatware, pots and pans and tasteful, elegant linens.

The large master suite has a California king bed, a flat-screen TV and en-suite bathroom with low-step shower, double sinks and huge walk-in closet.

The customary den has been transformed into a comfortable dining area with built-in bar and sophisticated art.

The guest room has a queen bed, and visitors can enjoy a lovely view of the back patio from their bedroom window.

Wander out back to the paved, covered patio and sit and watch the clouds roll by.  Enjoy plenty of patio furniture for lounging and a built-in grill for cooking/entertaining. There is also a peek-a-boo view of the mountains from the back wall patio seating. The front of the house offers a covered patio for another enjoyable sitting space.

Pet-friendly – dogs only (guests are limited to one dog)

A golf cart is available for rent for an additional $150 per month, which is stored in the 3^rd garage.

2 Tenants, plus occasional 2 Guests

The Casita on the property is not available to rent, nor is it accessible to tenants.

There is absolutely no smoking in the residence, or near windows or doorways.

The Quail Creek Resort Community offers all the amenities: golf, tennis, a heated pool, a lap pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, crafts, exercise, dance classes and many other activities and entertainment options, as well as a first-class restaurant and lounge with reasonable prices. All these amenities are yours to enjoy. Individual clubs and instructors may charge nominal fees and a guest card fee at member services is required.  Greens fees are charged.
