DEPOSITS, FEES, AND OTHER INFORMATION

• No Smoking
• Small pets possible, ask for details. $50 cleaning fee when pets are present.
• All utilities, over the air television, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.  There will be a cap of $200 on electricity/gas.  Any charges on electricity/gas over $200 will be deducted from the deposit of $1000 or assessed monthly to the tenant.
• Pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned and included in rent.
• There is a property hold deposit of $1000 which will convert to a damage deposit upon occupancy.
• Rent is due 90 days prior to first rental date.
• A non-refundable cleaning fee of $300 is required with the first month’s rent.
• The casita and 3^rd garage space are not available to the renters.
