Fees, Deposits, and other information

• A $1000.00 property hold deposit is due with signed rental agreement/contract. (If rental is cancelled 90 days or less prior to check in date, it will be forfeited.)
• Upon occupancy, the property hold deposit will convert to a damage $250.00 non- refundable cleaning fee is due with the property hold deposit.
• There will be a cap of $100 per month on electricity from the deposit of $1000 or assessed monthly to the tenant. Utilities and Wi-Fi are provided.

Pets are negotiable, with deposits and fees being extra.
