The Quail Creek Resort Community offers all the amenities:  golf, tennis, a heated pool, a lap pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, crafts, exercise, dance classes and many other activities and entertainment options, as well as a first-class restaurant and lounge with reasonable prices.  All of these amenities are yours to enjoy. Individual clubs and instructors may charge nominal fees and a guest card fee at member services is required.  Greens fees are charged.

Quail Creek is a growing community with new homes being built throughout the year. Construction noise and dust may be in the vicinity of some rental homes. We have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed.   No refunds or reduction in rents will be given due to construction inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding.

RATES

$1000 property hold deposit. If rental is cancelled 90 days or less prior to rental start, the property hold deposit may be forfeited if the house can’t be re-rented. Upon occupancy, the property hold deposit will convert to a damage deposit. $250 non-refundable cleaning fee. Wifi, TV and Internet are provided except for a May-Oct $200 limit on electric. Guests will pay for electric over $200. There is no land-line telephone.   No smoking.
