The dining table easily seats six for more formal dining while the island has stools for a quick cup of coffee before you head out to the golf course or pickle ball court. The spacious patio has tables, chairs, and gas grill. There is a putting green in the back yard to keep yours skills sharp. The front patio gets morning sun and is another great place for a cup of joe or an afternoon quiet before you step outside and star gaze  at night.
A golf cart is provided. Two (2) bicycles are available for you to enjoy the many miles of bicycle trails the area has to offer. For the enthusiast, pickle ball paddles are provided. Also, there is a ping pong table in the garage that can be set up.
