Single month rental for the months of January through March will not be available until October 1st of the prior year.

DEPOSITS, FEES AND OTHER INFORMATION

• Absolutely no pets and no smoking.
• Internet, cable television, garbage and water service are included in the rent. There will be a cap on electricity and natural gas of $100 each. Amounts above this will be paid by renter. See rental contract for details.
• There is a property hold deposit of $1,500 which will convert to a refundable damage deposit upon occupancy.
• A separate $25 fee payable to the Quail Creek Property Owner’s Association is required.
• A non-refundable cleaning fee (one time only) of $200 is required with the first month’s rent which is due sixty days prior to occupancy.
• Less than a ninety-day cancellation may result in forfeiture of monies received if the house cannot be re-rented for the full amount and full term of the cancelled rental.
• A $200 administrative fee will be imposed on all cancellations regardless of when they are given. Additional details are available in the rental agreement.
