DEPOSITS, FEES AND OTHER INFORMATION

• No pets over 20 pounds are allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.  Cable not included, streaming apps available via smart tv. There will be a cap of $200 on electricity.  Any charges on electricity over $200 will be deducted from the deposit of $1000 or assessed monthly to the tenant.
• There is a property hold deposit of $1000 which will convert to a damage deposit upon occupancy.
• A non-refundable cleaning fee of $250/$350 for pet, is required with the first month’s rent which is due sixty days prior to occupancy.
