DEPOSITS, FEES AND OTHER INFORMATION

• No pets allowed.
• All utilities, cable television and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.  There will be a cap of $100 on electricity.  Any charges on electricity over $100 will be deducted from the deposit of $1000 or assessed monthly to the tenant.
• There is a property hold deposit of $1500 which will convert to a damage deposit upon occupancy.
• A non-refundable cleaning fee of $350 is required with the first month’s rent which is due sixty days prior to occupancy.
