Quail Creek is a growing community with new homes being built throughout the year. Construction noise and dust may be in the vicinity of some rental homes. We have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed.   No refunds or reduction in rents will be given due to construction inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding.

RATES

ADDITIONAL FEES AND DEPOSITS

$1000 deposit. Non-refundable $250 cleaning fee, with pet $300.  No smoking.  Utilities and Internet provided.
Utilities cap May through October of $200.  Any charges on those utilities over the $200 threshold will be deducted from the deposit of $1000 or assessed monthly to the tenant.See rental agreement for details.
