FEES, DEPOSITS, AND OTHER INFORMATION The deposit is $1,500.  This deposit will convert to damage deposit upon occupancy.  If the rental is cancelled less than 90 days from the start date, the property hold deposit is forfeited unless the property is re-rented. If cancelled more than 90 days before move in date $500.00 will be deducted from the returned deposit. If excessive cleaning is required, based on house keepers determination, a minimum of $250.00 shall be deducted from the deposit.  Utilities and Internet (WiFi) provided.  No smoking.  Golf cart included. There is a $10 per day resort fee. There is a $50 booking administration fee.

Quail Creek is a growing community with new homes being built throughout the year. Construction noise and dust may be in the vicinity of some rental homes. We have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed.   No refunds or reduction in rents will be given due to construction inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding.
