 DEPOSITS, FEES AND OTHER INFORMATION

• 1 small pet allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• All utilities, two smart televisions, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. There will be a cap of $200 on electricity.  Any charges on electricity over $200 will be deducted from the deposit of $1000 or assessed monthly to the tenant.
• There is a property hold deposit of $1000 which will convert to a damage deposit upon occupancy.
• A non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 is required with the first month’s rent which is due sixty days prior to occupancy.
• If rental is cancelled 90 days or less prior to rental start, the property hold deposit may be forfeited if the house is not re-rented.
