The back yard has a large covered patio (accessed via the dining area sliding glass door) and an extended paver patio with a gas fire pit and water feature. The patio is furnished with comfortable chairs, two lounges and a love seat. There are two outdoor dining areas with tables — one under cover and the other on pavers near the water feature and gas fire pit. A propane patio heater and propane grill are provided.

The home is in Unit 15 which is a very friendly, inclusive neighbourhood offering lots of activities such as ladies canasta, mahjong, ladies weekly cycling group, pickleball and women who wine etc. Unit 15 has a men’s group, Men Who Do Nothing, that has monthly social gatherings.

Renters have full access to all Quail Creek amenities including:

DEPOSITS, FEES AND OTHER INFORMATION

• one small dog may be considered.
• No smoking in the home or outside
• All utilities, one television with basic channels and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. There will be a cap of $200/month on electricity.  Any charges on electricity over $200/month will be deducted from the deposit of $1000 or assessed monthly to the tenant.
• There is a property hold deposit of $1000 which will convert to a damage deposit upon occupancy.
• A non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 is required with the first month’s rent which is due 60 days prior to occupancy.
• If rental is cancelled 90 days or less prior to rental start, the property hold deposit will be forfeited if the house is not re-rented.
