A $1,000 deposit is required to hold the property in high season (Jan-Mar) and there will be a 90 day cancellation clause. Non-refundable $200 cleaning fee. No land-line. No smoking. No pets. Summer rentals have a cap of $100 on the amount the owner will pay for electricity.
