A comfortable winter home-away-from-home awaits you as you walk into this two bedroom, two bath plus den Quail Creek vacation haven that is located on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Furnished to pamper is the large great room with fireplace.  Read a book in front of the fire on a cool desert evening.

The kitchen adjoins the great room and a spacious dining area allows for more formal dining or entertaining. If casual is more your style, there are bar stools at the breakfast bar. Either way, you’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with brand new dishes, glassware, and pots and pans.  With plenty of windows, you’ll love the light that flows throughout.

The den is the designated TV room with warm leather furniture in which to relax as you watch a movie or your favorite sports team.   Cable TV and WiFi included.

A king-bed with newer mattress, en-suite bathroom with shower and dual sinks create a master bedroom retreat.  A 32” flat screen gives you a second place to view your programs if they don’t match what your spouse likes to watch.

The newly furnished guest bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom just a few steps outside the door.

All bed linens, pillows, blankets and towels are provided.

Walk out to a large backyard with covered patio and plenty of patio furniture.  Enjoy your morning coffee and a view of the mountains.  Or, sip a glass of wine as you cook a steak on the new grill.  Morning, noon, or night, there is ample space to entertain friends or family.

Quail Creek offers so many amenities within blocks of the house: golf, a fitness center, tennis, pickleball, two pools, a restaurant and arts and technology center plus much, much more.

Quail Creek is a growing community with new homes being built throughout the year. Construction noise and dust may be in the vicinity of some rental homes. We have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed.  No refunds or reduction in rents will be given due to construction inconvenience.  We appreciate your understanding.

Rates

FEES, DEPOSITS, AND OTHER INFORMATION
$1000 property hold deposit. If rental is cancelled 90 days or less prior to rental start, the property hold deposit may be forfeited if the house isn’t re-rented. Upon occupancy, the property hold deposit will convert to a damage deposit. No pets and no smoking.  $225 non-refundable cleaning fee is due with the first month’s rent.  Owners are on-site in Quail Creek.
