DEPOSITS, FEES AND OTHER INFORMATION

All utilities, cable television and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.  There will be a cap of $200 on electricity.  Any charges on electricity over $200 will be deducted from the deposit of $1000 or assessed monthly to the tenant.

There is a property hold deposit of $1000 which will convert to a damage deposit upon occupancy.

A non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 is required with the first month’s rent which is due sixty days prior to occupancy.

The casita and 3rd garage space are not available to the renters.
