RATES

Property hold deposit of $500 with returned rental agreement converts to damage deposit upon occupancy.
$200 non-refundable cleaning deposit. $200 refundable pet deposit.  Ninety day cancellation required for high season (Nov-Apr) or all or part of hold deposit may be forfeited unless property is re-rented.  $50 per month for pool use.
Utilities and Internet provided.  No cable TV, there is HD antenna for local stations and Amazon Fire Stick.
No smoking
Will consider a small dog that is housebroken and very well behaved.

Quail Creek is a growing community with new homes being built throughout the year. Construction noise and dust may be in the vicinity of some rental homes. We have no control over nor prior knowledge of the units or lots being developed.   No refunds or reduction in rents will be given due to construction inconvenience.
