The guest bathroom with tub and shower is just steps away.

The kitchen is centrally located with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, central island and large eating area. There is a large covered patio with a grill, fireplace and plenty of seating.

There is a golf cart and 2 bicycles for you to use around Quail Creek.

Jan –March $4200/mo

April – $3,000/mo

May – Oct $2800/mo

Nov –Dec $3000/mo

No smoking. No pets. Reservation deposit $1000. Non–refundable cleaning fee $250 due with first month rent. If rental is cancelled 90 days or less prior to rental start, the hold deposit may be forfeited. Upon occupancy, the hold deposit will convert to a damage deposit. All utilities paid. However, there is a $150 cap per month on gas. Any amount over this will be paid by tenants (this has never happened). Rent is due 30 days prior to the month of rental. Will negotiate rates for leases of 6 months or longer.
